Information We Handle

Privacy information for people reading this guide or preparing a message.

Who is responsible

This website is published by Workshopstellarnoodle Logistics Limited, 31 Cecil Street, Limerick, V94 D8X2, Ireland, company registration number 775194. Contact: [email protected].

Information you choose to enter

The contact message tool runs in your browser. It creates plain text from the fields you fill in and offers copying or downloading. The site code does not submit that message to a server. If you choose to email the message, your email provider and recipient will process it under their own terms and privacy practices. Avoid including sensitive personal data or confidential shipment information unless you have determined that email is an appropriate channel.

Browser storage

The cookie preference page stores your selected preference in browser local storage under a site-specific key. This is local to the browser profile and is used to remember your choice. Clearing browser data removes it. The site does not use that preference to create a profile.

Technical information

When you visit a website, the hosting provider may process technical information such as an IP address, request time, requested file, browser details and security logs to deliver and protect the service. The precise processing depends on the hosting configuration. The site itself does not include analytics pixels, advertising scripts or third-party web fonts.

Purpose and retention

Information is handled only as needed to provide the pages, protect the service, remember your local preference or respond if you choose to contact us. Messages that you send by email are retained as needed to handle the inquiry and meet applicable obligations. Technical log retention is managed by the hosting provider according to its configuration and applicable requirements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To make a privacy request, email [email protected] and describe your request. We may need to verify identity before responding.

Updates

We may revise this notice when the site or applicable requirements change. The current version is published on this page. For information about local browser preference storage, visit Set Cookie Preferences.
